5 things that you need to have done soon

i'm thinking that if i post it, it will help myself ...and maybe more..to expedite things:

1. finish painting the walls in one of the rooms...it took me weeks to find time to mud and prime the drywall.
2. quit worrying about being laid off and as such, update (aka start) my resume just in case
3. parch up the grill and cook some chicken wings
4. re-investigate my old skill of piano...determine whether i can play metallica on a keyboard or whether i should try to acquire a piano
5. listening more to dear wifey and making her happy

Alright I dig this as the wife and I just put together a HUGE list of crap we have to get done.

1. Write thank you cards from our wedding that was forever ago.
2. Clean out our garage and get rid of tons of crap we've been carting from house to house for years.
3. Go through old clothes and get rid of ones that dont fit and I'll never fit into again. Pack up winter clothes in about a month.
4. Get the Jetta up and running so I can quit wasting gas in the Jeep (new battery and tune up)
5. Buy a house (includes selling the one I own lining up financing and picking one and then finally moving in).

Edit: This is by no means the complete list I referenced above there is a ton more crap we have to do in the next little bit.

1. File Taxes.
2. Continue training for ride.
3. Get a natural gas fireplace (after last weeks natural fireplace burn, my place smelled like burnt wood).
3. Continue to replace more vacuum hoses on VW.
4. Scout posing backdrops for VW pics (as promised for Sunshine ;)). I might be able to do this and "to do #2" at the same time.

Somewhat scattered around right now. Kinda mixed between a "to do" list and a "wish" list. Some more long term thoughts than others.

1. Get 63 Chevy ready for cruisin (so close to being finished)
2. Buy a house/property
3. Finish Jeep build
4. Start, and finish working on a criminal justice degree.
5. Get a better paying job.
