I dont like it because it makes my brain hurt. My main shows are 24, big bang theory, and Lie to me. Fringe is pretty good too.

Never got into 24 or LOST... I watch The Office, House, Scrubs or Breaking Bad.
Can't stand Idol or most "reality" TV

Ha...funny story about 24. A few weeks ago Jack was to save a town of 30,000 called Kidron, OH. Well...Kidron is in our county and is about 15 minutes from where I live. There were signs up all over that said "Please save us, Jack!". Funny thing is that Kidron is barely a town of 3,000, let alone 30,000! It's mostly amish and is known for their auction house. There's an auction there this weekend that will draw amish from all over the country.

I guess one of the show's writers is from the area and thought it would be cool to write in a town from near by. Canton was his original choice but was scrapped because the city was too recognizable with having the Pro Football Hall of Fame and all. Kidron was chosen as kind of a joke.

Anyway...off to work I go. Maybe I'll go patrol in Kidron :D

I never could get into LOST, but I do like me some 24. Monster Quest is another good one, as is most other stuff on The History Channel. I also enjoy The First 48.

Monster Quest is pretty good, kind of reminds me of the old "In Search Of" with Leonard Nimoy

Tried watching Lost couldnt figure out what all the hype was about.
24 is great no matter how many times they repeat the same formula (which is every time) I'm hooked.
I like My name is Earl but my wife wll absolutely not watch it.

We were getting into LOST and in total suspense between shows, then they moved to 9pm then changed nights and it got all f'd up. Whenever it is done running I'll Netflix the whole dang she bang and watch it all without commercials.

The other "one season wonder" that we liked was "Surface" - ahhhh, the chick was hot! Good show IMO.

I like Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother, don't watch all the time though. Re-runs suck.

I am getting off onto another thread but Survivorman (Les Stroud) is my absolute all time favorite show. Les is the man!

Well man, you're entitled to your opinion. Bear is a poser, a mere boyscout compared to Les, IMO.

Good idea for a thread though, take a poll man, get the word from the masses. Who is the real Survivorman! :cool:

I agree. I am going to miss his show since he is quiting. You cant be mad at him for leaving the show after going to every type of biome in the world and getting sick and starving all the time. I have seen every single one. I also watch Man vs Wild. IMO they are two different shows. Les tries to survive by going around dangerous obsticles (like u would do if you're really lost), while Bear has backup so he does worst case scenero stuff (like jump into a freezing river when he can jump across 5 feet up where he is). I like them both. :hijack: <sry

O and bear does know his stuff as well as Les. Bear killed a jackrabit with a stick from 20+ feet, and les has the balls to stay in a tiny raft for days while sharks bump into it, not to mention other stuff :)
