Hi all, was wondering if anyone out there hopefully close to new england has a good 4.0 block kicking around that they want to get rid of? I'm starting to piece together the parts for a stroker, and like most this is a low budget job so let me know what you guys and gals have, thanks.

I have an extra one I can get rid of. But I'm in chicago. How much of a complete engine do you need, Just the bare block or the head and accessories? I'll have to pull it out of the spare Heep, but I'll pull it no prob. I could use a road trip.

What year? What are you looking to get for it? As of right now I could use the whole thing. I am just starting to gather parts and peices, so let me know and we can go from there. Out of curiosity what do you have for a spare heep?

The engine is out of a 92' Jeep Cherokee Limited. I've also got an aoutomatic trans that mates up to it And the original complete wireing harness and PCM from the engine. Not sure what I'm looking to get for it, depends the accessories you needed. The alternator doesn't work but it has a newer power steering pump. and an R12 A/C compressor.

I'm also thinking of getting rid of the spare heep. It's a 96' Jeep Cherokee Classic.
Here's a pic of the engine when I pulled it out of the 92'

Any pics of your 96? What kind of shape is it in? Might consider a package deal if you are interested.

Here is the link to my photobucket album of the Heep. I have pics of when I picked it up through moving it to where it still sits. I doesn't come with rims though unless you want the 20" homie rims but I'm looking to sell the rims for a bit of money. I'd be willing to sell as a package deal for the rest, there are a few peices off of it I need for my daily driver. There won't be a steering gearbox or a transfer case and some of the interior is missing. it will need a wireing harness as well if you need to pass inspection. I have a harness for the 92' but it won't be legal for the 96'. Let me know what ya think and if your interested in whats there I can get a price for you. I have to go up to where I store the Heep and get some other things this coming saturday so I can get you more pics then if you need them.

Looks solid, how are the floor? Whats missing out of the interrior? Are there any wheels and tires on it at all? I won't need 20's. Let me know what you want just for the heep and for the motor and heep combined. I just found out I might have inherited a gm350 so I might be going a different route then planned.
