and that's why they install safety harnesses (seatbelts). I guess if you bail, you're not smart enough to figure out how to use them in the first place?

I don't think he bailed I know the dumbass fell out a few times and still didn't wear his seatbelt. That was right before his friend trashed his jeep (doing doughnuts or something if I remember correctly) and then posted some video on line like "We've seen the carnage NOW LET'S DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT."
