Take a look at the front axle from the front of the jeep and you will see that the track bar is connected to the frame and the axle so when you lift the jeep the axle will move down and over. An adjustable track bar will fix the problem. I drove my jeep with a 4" lift and a 2 1/2" lift and no front sway bar as I was waiting for a replacement part, I didn't like the way it cornered without the sway bar.
It helps to have some details about your jeep in the signature line of your post because most people can't help you unless they know what type of jeep and setup you have. You can input the information under User CP.

Yes to the swaybar and you could run TJ Rubicon/Sahara fender flares they are wider then stock flares.

Once again he provides poor information.
Sway bars help keep the body connected to the axle so that in the event of a sudden swerve you maintain much more control over the vehicle.
As mentioned before, when you lifted the vehicle your suspension geometry changed due to a fixed length track bar going from the Drivers side frame to the passanger side axle tube. I know in your original question you said your passanger side tire sticks out more but are you sure of that?
99.999999 percent of the time the drivers side tire sticks out more when you lift the vehicle, so you can get an adjustable track bar, or you can relocate the trackbar the back yard mechanic way. You can see the empty factory bolt hole for the trackbar and where i drilled a new hole
