I wonder if anyone makes an after market soft top that lets you roll up the side windows like you could on CJs? I always liked that feature on my old CJ.

First Welcome to the board. Big Jeep wave from IN.
As far as roll up windows, I haven't seen any. There are cases that allow you to put the windows in and then roll up for easy storage in the back of your Jeep, but I understand thats no the same thing.
Perhaps one of the chaps thats been around longer may have some insight though
