Question on a 97 ram's transmission line

Hello I have a strange question on my 97 Ram 1500 i was cleaning my engine off when i saw a bubble in my tranny line that goes to the radiator i was wondering if that means that I should replace the line or not? Also if any one know's how hard it is to install or if i should have it done at a dealer.
