There are tons of places, ELBE HILLS, south of Spanaway towards Mt Ranier, also EVANS CREEK, out by Enumclaw, there are more though, just ask a local Jeep dealer and he can help you

Hey JW Jeep and Jeep Gunner,
I posted this in another thread a few minuts ago:
Evan's Creek ORV Park in Washington State above the Carbonado River enterence to Mt. Ranier Ntl Park. The ORV park there offer trails that range in difficulty from 'easy' to 'you'd better be handy at bodywork'. Leave your pickups and Hummers at home. The trails are strictly SHORT WHEELBASE and are too narrow for Hummers of either model (unless you hang out on the logging roads). Anything else simply won't fit. there's a decent amount of mud to be found (It's near Seattle so it has to be wet) and snow in the winter. Absolutely breath-taking views of Mt. Ranier at the tops of some trails.

Go to Buckley on SR410 and head south toward Wilkeson and stop for your NW forest pass (help keep it open). Head South from there and follow the signs.

For western washington 4WD areas check out the SNORT bulletin board at
http://www.snort4x4.com/forum/
One above Seattle, near Mount Vernon is Walker Valley. Reiter is not too far as well, near Reiter, WA.
More info on the board.
Another good NW site is http://www.snort4x4.com/forum/
