View Full Version : Where to go around Hampton Virginia

I am hoping that someone out there can tell me some cool places to go four wheelin with in an hour or so of the Hampton/Norfolk area. I am in the Navy and fairly new to the area. Any help would be appreciated.

Try heading south to the Outer Banks of N.C. Go to Hatteras island and there is some great beach access for 4x4's. If you do not want to head that far south you can hit the beach north of Corrolla where Highway 12 ends and have beach access all the way to the Va.nc state line.

There are several places for us to wheel, but the only local area is in Smithfield. It is some private property named Sloan's. Last I heard he ran into some legal issues last year though. I just returnd from Bahrain myself and have not had the chance to see if he has reopened. Give me a shout via email and I will fill you in on the rest.
