So are we!
Rauch Creek - http://www.rauschcreekoffroadpark.org/
Paragon - www.paragonap.com (http://www.paragonap.com)
two legal places...other options include getting to know landowners up there or getting friendly with coal companies
throw me a PM if you need somebody to go with, from SE PA

If you know where Jim Thorpe PA is then getting to Nesquehoning is easy. Take rt. 209 west til u get to the end of town then bear right onto rt 54. If you don't you'll end up going up a steep hill which is still 209 to Lansford.
If you stay on 54 you want to go a few miles til you get to Nardinis banquet hall which is across the road to the entrance to the Panther Creek Power plant. Take the right across from Nardinis to the Plant, the entrance will be on the left. Once you take the left continue straight past the plant to a dirt road. You can go up that road, past the open flat area on top, past the water tower which will be on the right and then head right at the intersection. On top of the mountain, which by the way is called the Broad Mountain, are miles of trails, mud holes (some very deep after a good rain) and some rock crawling spots. It's owned by Kovach Inc.(they make rescue and fire fighting vehicles and other trucks). They haven't given me or anyone I wheel with all the years I've been there.
