I am not to sure on how Jeep Jam's rate their trails. But if it is on a 1-10 scale a 6 rated trail would be very hard on a stock TJ. Check out paragon's website www.paragonap.com. (http://www.paragonap.com.) There are listings, photos and ratings for all their trails. Just curious how much did the JJ cost? PAragon is only $35 a day.

This might help www.jeepjamboreeusa.com/index.html (http://www.jeepjamboreeusa.com/index.html)

Too expensive for me. Rather go with a club.

Yikes is right,,looks like I have a lot to learn about offroading. I didn't think there was anyplace in the eastern states with open trails..

Come out to the Pine Barrens! It's free (minus the gas to get there from Ohio) and it's fun!

There are loads of places to go wheeling on the East Coast. Most are on private land or state land. They are not always listed as off road areas. Allegehany national forest, Daniel Boone, Adarondaks, Pine Barrens. I would look into joining a club. They always know where the local spots are or have there own private land. Paragon AP is only a 100 miles from me ad i only go out there once a year due to all the local rides we have in north NJ. All of wich are on private land that that my club has permission to build trails on. And no it's not Pine Barrens water and sand mix. These are rock crawling trails in the mountians on ne NJ.
