There is a slim chance my and a two buddies might hit it up. Just depends if my buddy gets what he needs to get done to his CJ.

Anybody?I'm giving it some thought. Depends on if I get my trail damage from last weekend fixed. :D

For the steering box mount, I'm drilling 1/2" holes up through the frame and the winch mount, and running bolts all the way through. This will make it easy to replace broken bolts in the future.

Well, I'm #3 on the list. And my faithful sidekick, Daisy, may have shotgun. Dunno yet. I'm going both days. (You only have to do one day, which ever day you want)

I was at the Fall Krawl with these guys, and had an absolute blast. They are a really good crew.

This is looking more likely. I finished my steering box today. Now, all I need is to fix the differential leak. If the parts arrive in a timely fashion, I'm there.

Hey guys and gals, I am trying to get the word out for a friend about a Rubicon Express group buy. If you need anything from them call him at 1-877-HAGARS-1. He is doing his initial buy-in and prices are his cost, plus shipping.

BTW, I may meet some of ya'll next week in Paragon. If not have fun.

Looks like it's going to be another wet ride.

I just registered. Had a real tough time finding a room, but finally managed to secure shelter, so I'll be there both days.

Don't sweat the rain...it makes the rocks more *interesting*. :D

I'm staying at my Grams house...'bout an hour north of Hazleton. It's free and has a nice two car garage with air compressor for any necessary repairs. :D And my jeep fits in it!

When are you gonna head out? And, what route are you taking?

EDIT: spelling

I'm probably going to head up on Friday night then come in from the north on Saturday morning.

Straight shot down 81 to 235. Where are you staying... Maybe I could just meet you there?

edit: I just read your post again and it clicked...I'll say it...duh. I'll prolly try to leave no later than 6pm Friday night. I live right at the start of 476 from 95. I usually go straight up 476 to 81 to 80 to 380...way north of Hazleton area.

Well, I'm leaving 5:30—6:00 AM saturday morning, and I won't check into the hotel untill saturday evening. I'm going to be at exit 242 on I-80...almost Bloomsburg. It's about 35 miles west of Hazleton. If you want to try and find someplace around Hazleton, I'm game, but I have no idea where to start.

Still got my cell phone number?

In 1999, I went to Paragon with 225/75/R15 tires and a tow strap. No winch, no locker, no nuthin' else. I've seen you drive. I bet you'd do fine. :D

ES00 Seroiusly...you don't have to be built to enjoy Paragon. They have trail ratings for those that have never been off raod, right on up the Boulder bash runs. You'd do fine in the level 2 and 3 runs, I'm sure. That's what i'm doing only because I'm not ready to damage my daily driver just yet. I just paid it off!

go to www.paragonap.com (http://www.paragonap.com) and look at the trail descriptions. It is absolutley beautiful country up there. You'll enjoy it. Tell them what you want to run, and they won't let you damage your truck or get yourself into any more trouble than you want.

Go for it! Come on!!! (I may need a ride home. :D )

Paragon was awesome!!! I met Tim Crain there, and Brian McDonald, and a whole slew of new faces. Incredible time! And the best part is NO BREAKAGE!!! Though I do think that my seat has a permanent crease down the middle...er...pucker mark!

I should have some pics up by the end of the week. It was a very cool weekend!

Paybacks Tim. Paybacks. :D :D

Glad you made it home OK. I had an absolute blast running with you yesterday.

See you on the weekend!

No pictures? C'mon! You had a good 15 minutes of me with my feet sticking out from under my Jeep. Not my most flattering pose, I admit...but the photo op was there. :D

You'll know better, next time.

And, I certainly appriciate that you didn't mention that I got hung up on the very same stump mere minutes before you did. Very gentlemanly of you to keep that quiet.

hey Ray and Tim, good meeting you guys.

I had a good time, even though the last 3 hours were spent recovering those 2 busted D35 jeepers.
I even have a few new battle scars, chicks dig em(wife not impressed tho ) smile.gif

Yea Bryan, here too. Next time I'll coordinate better with you so we can run together. (Next time I'll go to the correct staging area and be closer to the front!)

I'm ready to go back. I had an awesome time. I rotated my tires last night and had a chance to crawl under it to look and battle damage. The nerf bars took quite a beating. I couldn't believe the size of the dents that were in them. They held up great!! I finished off the 3rd roll of film of battle scars and some other stuff that a few people on here wanted.

We'll have to go up another weekend when there isn't a big ride so we can tool around a little more. Waiting that long for some of the jeeps that were less equipped like we did, puts a damper on things. ( I was one of those that was not well equipped for those trails).

Tim and I ran "G" trails on Sunday, and had a blast!
