Hey all, a group of us from Colorado will be in Moab, Utah, to offroad until something breaks. Most of us will be there on 10/16 in the late evening, to leave on the 21st. We're getting together on 10/13 to finalize the plans for the trails (when and where).

If anyone is interested, please let me know and I'll send you the invite!

:D

I'm going to miss you by about a day. I'm going to be rolling into Moab on the 22-23, until about the 28th. If you plan on staying a day or 2 longer, I could use a guide to show me Lions' Back

Anyway, here's a back to the top for you :D

Aww, DRAG! I have to be to work on Tuesday so I can't stay later. I did Red Cone Pass this year so I think I'll stay away from Lion's Back, HA. I like the runs where I might break my Jeep, not so much my neck. I'm definitely going to go check it out, though! I'm hoping there will be some other offroaders (especially over the weekend) that we can watch as they tackle the crazy stuff. Hoping to see some crazy rigs on Potato Salad Hill, too.

Have fun, let me know if you decide to go a bit early!

We made it back from Moab with not even a scratch on anyone -- though we had to bail out a Cherokee up to its windshield in water and help out a few motorcyclists. We did a few good trails (Fins & Things and Poison Spider Mesa were the favorites) and had a great time in fantastic weather. Glad to be back, though!

By the way, we stayed at the Castle Rock Inn last May which was really nice and $83/night. This time we stayed at the Moab Valley Inn right next door which was pretty much a dump for $70/night. Sheesh... turns out Castle Rock included tax and Moab Valley didn't. Still glad we didn't camp.

Whoo hoo!
