Charity Event November 2 in Missouri

Bova and I are planning an offroad event to benefit the Ozark Food Pantry and the Rescue Mission at Sayersbrook Bison Ranch (site of two Jamborees next year) on November 2nd. Price is $25.00 per vehicle/10 for passengers which is for the land-use fee, a donation to the food pantry and also includes chilli, drink and dessert for lunch with some hot chocolate in the morning before the run starts. Remember, all proceeds go to the charities before their Thanksgiving/Christmas rush.
The raffle will be run a little differently for this run. You may either purchase your raffle tickets with cash or with canned goods. One canned good for each raffle ticket or one ticket for a dollar/arms length for $5.00. Also, we are accepting donations of prizes for raffle. So far, we have:
4-one day passes to Badlands Offroad Park
2-Free admissions to SportsintheRough event 2002-2003
Assorted T-shirts from SportsintheRough
Assorted Videos from SportsintheRough
Gift Certificates to restaurants in the St. Louis area
(I'll add prizes as I receive them. I've been promised prizes by several businesses and will edit this post as they come in.)
There will also be a 50/50 raffle for cash.

Thanks, Suz. I may even be able to get out to the next meeting. I am on my second consecutive shift of midnights...Argghh! I have to work that night, but not until 9:30 PM. Maybe I can stop by and cast a vote then bail off to work and play with the crack heads. :D

BTW, MWJT was selling those little stickers at the Moore Show this summer. They were selling them to anyone, so T should definitely be able to get in on a few!

I want the real deals...not those little ones, dangit! I'll talk to Becky here in about 10 minutes or whenever she decides to get home. I'm sure she'll want to go.
