Moderators...I know this belongs in the trail rides forum...but..can it please stay here for at least today, so that everyone attending can see it??

I really need to know who is coming for the meet Eric and PWP pre-run party,... and who all would like to stay here that nite. The party is on November 15th, the run is on November 16th.
The list I have is...

*PWP
*Maddnes95
*TERESIA
Jeeper4Life

Kennedy
*bbupd
GreenXJ
Branco
edudley and son
Tyler Dirden
Imperial Fleet

The names that have asterisks next to them, have already made arrangements to stay.
Anyone else I dont have marked plan on either attending the party or staying over??

Either post here, or e-mail me...and let me know if you are just going to come for the party...and if you are just going on the run...or if you are going to be at both.

We'll be Wheelin but not at the party...only have a sitter for the one day...Unless someone has a ROllcage for a XJ they would part with?

And hopefully My front lockers and Quick DIsconnects will be here from rustys and on b4 then!!
Just got off the Phone ...lockers will be in by the weekend!! woohoo!!

Can you send me directions? I prolly won't make it down until Friday evening (that is when the party is isn't it?) around 8 or 9 after work as I get off at 5 and prolly wont leave until 6 after I fight traffic to get home and pack up. :D

Todd and I will be there for the party, let me know what you need in the way of food, beverages, chairs, tables, etc. We will not be able to go wheelin' that weekend, but we will be at the Turkey Run.

Coming by myself to the party only, no wheeling. I won't be needing a place to stay for the night, but I appreciate the offer.

Are we going to the PX that day or what? I can get us in if needed. I found that there isn't a limit on purchases too.

Mystikal - what route are you planning on taking fri night

if you're going to be on IN State roads 9, 13, 15, or 19, then you're going to be close enough to me to hook up and caravan down.. if there's one thing i know, it's the trip to indy.. heh..

sounds like your schedule fits, since i can't leave for a few hours after work..

Teresia - I'll bring a can of coffee for sat morning ;)

i talked to paul before he jumped in the truck.. he said to make sure there's pleny of adult drinks.. so i'm gonna pick up a case of something along the way..
