what are the options for the rear tail light mounts? I've seen the teraflex and the rock city ones, are there any that don't require drilling? I'm trying to get over my fear of drilling. But the teraflex mount does look solid.

The plastic lamp housings that Jeep uses are about $10 at a truck supply store. Take your stock ones off, install a $10 cheapie and drill away.
I don't see how you go get away with mounting anything on there without drilling.
You are better off mounting the antenna to something metal like the tire carrier. This will give you a better ground plane.

The rule of CB Antennas is the higher the better, so why not mount the antenna to the Tire Carrier?
Run the wire down the carrier and through a hole in the taillight area.
Just make sure you ground the antenna mount to the frame.

I have a Tomken mount for my CB antenna. It mounts on top of the spare tire stopper. Q-Tec sells them...

I just realized that the catalog says 87-95 YJ's. Don't the new Jeeps have the same spare tire stopper?

If you get a NGP you can put it where you want. Just make sure you don't ground it.
And yes, "no ground plane" antennas work just as good.

if you have a stock rear bumper why not just get the one out of the quadratec catalog for tjs? i have it and it works fine for me and no drilling. :D
