If not, is there some sort of adapter that will allow me to?
After having my cd player stolen a few days ago I decided to get a cd changer. Im going to install it in my locking center console. Thanks in advance.

Yep. There are several on the market that will allow you to do this. Look for one that comes with an FM modulator. Basically an FM modulator will take the signal from your CD changer and turn it into an FM signal allowing you to play it over your radio...usually on the lower frequencies like 88.1-89.9. An FM modulator will also broadcast far enough so that a vehicle next to you will pick up the signal if they;re tuned into the right frequency, so where the modulator is mounted isn't really an issue...unless you're driving a Brinks truck :D

Also, if you have a cd feature on your factory head unit, you can order one from the dealership or threw Circuit City that will plug directly into and be opperated by your head unit.
