CB installed, dont hear a thing.

A buddy of mine called me yesterday to see if I knew what the problem was. He installed a CB with a PA. Hooked everything up, PA works when he switches over to CB he gets nothing not even the static sound. Did he do something wrong or could he need his antenna tuned????

make sure he used the little plastic washer you need when you mount the antenna. also have him check to see if the weather band works... my guess is he forgot the plastic washer.
