Polyfill and maybe tighten down the sound bar sounds like it or something in it is rattlin. My dome lights were in the new sound pods until I put a dab of clear RTV inside to hold them still

U can get dynomatt or something like it at Circuit City or "worst" buy. I have my entire truck linned with it, and its solid, no rattles. You can also go to Home Depot or Lowes and get that spray in stuff, but its dangerous cause it expands FAST! I have seen people ruin pannels on their vehicles for spraying too much in there.

I just replaced my rear soundbar speakers (2003 Sahara) with Sony Xplode 5 1/4" speakers. While making the change, I filled the void in the soundbar with polyfill. It seems to have made a big difference in the amount of shaking and the sound seems richer and fuller than before. Polyfill can be found at any craft store but you should also be able to find it a WalMart, KMart, Target, etc. Look in the fabric section. Polyfill is used to stuff pillows, etc.

by the void he means the area behind the speaker. Stuff some in there, install the speaker, and it should be good. What the polyfill does is trick the speaker into thinking the box is bigger, so it will produce fuller, richer sound.

k cool, but see i already bought dynomat extrem, and i was thinkin should i put that stuff inside the sound bar like where the speaker go, or just where i install the speaker the picture only shows install it like rite under speaker but should i also install it in the walls of the soundbar?

cuz i was thinkin the directions say put the dynomatt between the speaker and the soundbar, but will that really help the rattle?
