Fixing cut/torn speaker surround

I got some nice Infinity 6002i two-ways but one of the foam rubber surrounds on the woofer has a clean cut in it radially to the center of the speaker.

Can I get away with a little but of rubber cement and hope it holds together? Is this a decent fix or is there something that is actually designed for fixing speaker surrounds?

Give it a try,it might work.
In the days of ye olde paper cones,I would use a dab of white-out,and a piece of tissue paper.
I really can't think of any glue that would be flexible enough to hold together on a foam surround.
