Why would a remote starter all of a sudden start causing the Jeep to throw false codes? It's been in there for over a year...it's not a cheap out of the back of a van type system either...it is in an all in one security system...pager, prox sensor, blah blah blah...

Maybe just bad connections, check all the wire connection especially the grounds.

How do you know it is the Remote Starter causing the problem ?

The Remote Starter maybe back feeding through the ground, this sometimes happens, not always to auto starts, but the backfeeding through grounds that is.
If power is going through the ground the computer can pick it up and cause error readings.

Check all of the connections just in case.
