Since it is Sirius ready, what do I already have and what else do I need to set everything up? I guess I'm lost on what exactly Sirius ready means...
Thanks,
CM.

Basically Sirius/XM ready head units are capable of receiving a signal from an XM/Sirius receiver and displaying channel/song info on your head unit's display. To be able to use this feature you will need to buy a Sirius (in your case) receiver and antenna and subscribe to the service. You should have a one wire hook up from your Sirius receiver to your head unit, then power, ground, and antenna from your Heep to your receiver.

HTH,
-ABN Ok, but would there be anything else I would need if I didn't have a Sirius ready head unit? I guess that's what I'm missing...

Well...it's more like an "Instead of.." kind of thing.
Instead of needing one of these:

You'll need one of these:

I just installed a sirus ready clarion head unit.
My headunit came with a reciver box and I just paid for the antenna. As of now I have over 115 music channels and 50 or so sports, talk channels.
Its cd quality and I think I paid like 10bux a month up front for a year.
