Jack Mounting..

I know I've seen this thread before. But I looked at the responses in that post. I was wondering if anyone has taken the mounting brackets that you would put on your hood and put them right behind the rear seat? next to the roll bars? I don't know if that would work given the dimensions. But I think it would be pretty secure.

Why not just use the Yzer mount, I see he deleted his pictures, hopefully someone else has some pictures of theirs. (http://bbb.quadratec.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=4;t=000230) Much easier to do, and it doesn't get much cheaper to build, no welder necessary, maybe 10 minutes of work?

I did it. i dont have pics cuz that was before i mounted the jack on my roll cage. the 48" jack fit perfeclty across the top of the rear wheel wells. not much to it
