Wrangler Front End Wobble

New to this so bear with me. I have a 2000 wrangler. Every once in a while when motoring on the road i hit a section just right which causes the front end to wobble from side to side heavily. I believe that i should be looking at replacing some front end suspension items but not sure. Any ideas?

On my 98 personally it was unbalanced tires and bad alignment. But check the link!
