I am in the process of stripping and cleaning my undercarriage and frame. Is Por 15 worth the money or should I just prime and paint with rustoleum? Or does anyone have any other suggestions (besides tearing down the vehicle and powder coating each part)?

I por-15'd my frame and love it. There may be rust on the inside but there sure isn't any one the outside. If you're tearing it down anyway I'd go ahead and do it.

I was less than thrilled with my POR15 experience.
Purchased the whole shebang, prep solution, por15, and their top coat (needed because por15 is not uv stable). Followed all the directions to a T, and it still chipped and faded.
Just rattle can it and save the extra money for something else.

Any ideas to coat the under carriage ( floor pans, underside of back seat area)?

I just rattle can'd my underside..was easy...looks good and if it chips, just get the can of sray paint out and touch up..helps the dirt and crud wash off easy...I went to the car wash 1st and washed it real good underneith, let it dry for abt an hr and then whipped out abt 4 cans and crawled under it and went to spry'n..real easy..now unless you NEVER plan to go off road and are doll'n up your rig for custom shows with mirrors on the floor, then powder coat it all.
