Time to get some new shocks.. I am going with the skyjacker nitro ones, but there are literally 3 pages of them, which one do i need?? 97 TJ with two inch Coil spacer lift?

Personally I'd call SkyJacker, and they'll be able to give you part numbers. I called ProComp with my measurements and they gave me the part numbers, much quicker than trying to look them up.
