Hey guys- let's throw some guesses:

01 TJ sport with 42k miles. 3" sus lift, 1" body lift 1" MORE Torsion MML.

However it'd done this also BEFORE all the modifications.

No engine codes, no performance probs.

But when it starts -- it starts smooth through that first rev after the starter. Once that comes down it settles for a second- and then has a slight wobble to it- like on one of the cylinders there's a problem- just idles slightly uneven.

Valving issue? stuck valve, timing? Misfire would throw a code....

any ideas? It doesn't seem to be affecting anything. Previous owner (my dad) said it'd been doing it for as long as he could remember (he's the 1st owner) --- so maybe it's just my jeep.

How hard has it been wheeled?

Might sound funny, but check the motor mounts.

not been wheeled AT ALL. EVER. I've only had it a week or 2, and I dunno anyone in Charlotte who wheels and who's safe.

I know I'm only 25, but I'm a little old to run from the cops because I was wheeling around in a construction site mud pit. That's all I seem to be able to find around here... though trips are being planned.

I've checked the motor mounts, and I'm going to check them again- cuz that was my first thought-- but it did this BEFORE I put on the new mounts too.

And it's apparently only sometimes- I've only really been able to notice in the first start in the am
