4wd light

ok, when i shift into four wheel drive i can tell a difference but i dont see a light light up. where is it located so i can check the bulb and fuses and such. i have the jeep for three months and its never worked but does shift into 4wd.

if you know its in 4wd...why do you need the damn light?

pull the instrument cluster out and replace the bulb?

If you can definitely tell it's in 4wd it's probably the bulb. My 91 always had issues with a vacuum hose coming disconnected. Plug hose int, 4wd happens.

the "sensor" is on the firewall and if memory serves me correctly its passenger side close to the battery, on wire and one vaccume hose to it (yellow wire i believe)

mine use to always fall off, get some little zip ties that wil fix it.
