Looking at buying a wrecked ram (98-up) and taking the engine and tranny. Could I also use the t-case and front/rear axles?

you could always use them. If you asking how easy it would be...or if it's worth it...
axles might be worth it if it's 3/4 ton or 1 ton, 1/2 ton not a big improvement. I'm sure there's much to be gained by swapping the T-case.

I'm not sure what axles the rams use, I can't find any info on it. But the tranny is a nv3550, and the t-case is a np 205. I think the rear axle is likely to be a dana 60, or 70. No clue on the front.
So basically I'm looking and running an entire ram drivetrain in my TJ.

On the front, 1/2 Tons got the Dana44, while some 3/4 tons got Dana60 others got the Dana44. All 1-tons got the Dana60 front.

My dad's 98 3/4 ton has a D70, but it also has the V10 - Fornt axle is a D60, I think...
