I have a '01 TJ Sport w/ the 5 speed manual tranny and its my understanding that the clutch is hydralically actuated. Is the pedal throw adjustable in this type of set-up? My clutch engages about 2-3" from the end of the pedal up-swing and it makes me wonder if my clutch is about gone, out of adjustment, or perhaps normal. Current milage is 110000.

The clutch is not adjustable. 2-3" is still just above half way up, and is most likely normal. I end up replacing my clutch every 6 months or so (I need to learn to stay out of the water), right now my clutch engages the way yours does and its about 3 weeks old.
I actually don't have to do the clutch, its normally just the bearings, but they are under warranty so I have to trade in everything. But for reference the first time I tore it apart the clutch had 150k miles on it from the previous owner, and it still looked great.
If it doesn't slip, I wouldn't worry about.
