Late-model CJ's used the same seat. Just a matter of bolting the brackets in.
Anyone know of anyplace I can buy the brackets? I am not a fan of ebay, and would rather Buy them. Please advise!!!

Factory item, so it's the dealer or Ebay.

I've bought plenty of stuff from the dealer for my 22-y/o CJ. Another option is to get ahold of Bestop and see if you can buy the mounting parts for a fold-and-tumble seat. IIRC, the Bestop seats use identical brackets as the OE YJ seats. In fact, I used Bestop brackets for my YJ seat.

2. The parts are used in the last couple of years of CJ-7's (1985-86) and all YJ's which gives us 1995. Wanna bet you can't find those parts at the dealer?
OK, I have the brackets. I am ready to do the install. has anyone ever done this? What size bolts would you recommend? Any pitfalls to watch out for? Any help on Where how to attach would be great!! What about seatbelts?
Any help would be appreciated.
Just want to clear this up a bit. The CJ never has a fold rear seat. There are no pre-threaded holes. I need advise on installing into a CJ. Thanks guys!

Those are the instructions that came with my fold-and-tumble seat that I put in my CJ, should be pretty much identical to the setup you have there.
For seatbelts, I'm still using my CJ seatbelts, bolted to the original bolt-holes in the floor.

I would suggest that you cut & drill a couple of pieces of steel to install in the wheelwells from the outside to reinforce the area where you mount the side brackets.
