i was just wonderin...earlier i asked if i needed a windshield header thing for my bikini top if i had a softtop and somebody told me i ddint...but where do i put the "lip" on the front of the bikini top?

I think that the person who said that might not have realized that you had a TJ. The soft top equipped YJ's already have the channel on them. I don't think that the TJ's use one.
If that is the case, you will need the channel to install the bikini top.

yeah on the TJ, you will need either the drilless header, or the type you drill into the frame. if you use the drilless, you will have to remove it to put the softop on.. if you use the drill type, you dont need to remove it for the softop.
If the bikini top has a T shaped plastic piece on the leading edge, you need the drill in header channel piece. The header channel piece remains in place even when you're not using the bikini.
