Just wondering what would be involved in giving my 93 YJ air conditioning, not that its gonna happen any time soon. It can get pretty hot during the summer here, not as hot as down south, but hot enough to want AC at times when no top wont do the trick. TIA

Is there a way to do it without buying a kit, such as taking the parts off of a different jeep?

www.ackits.com (http://www.ackits.com)
try www.car-part.com (http://www.car-part.com) and search for ac assembly or each piece individually. If you wanna find used parts.
keep in mind that a used system is gonna be a R12 system and you will need to convert it to R134a.
I added air to the 88 I had 17 yrs ago. It was a SCS frigette kit ordered thru the local jeep dealership by a hot rodding buddy that worked in the parts dept
