power brake problem

I installed a used power brake unit from e-bay.
I bench bled the unit, then installed it and bled it and all 4 tires, it has plenty of vacumn but just doesn't feel like power brakes. Please help.

I bought one off ebay for my 79 cj and had the same problem. Turns out the booster needed a rebuild. Cost me $75 at my local brake rebuilder.
