OK so I got my latest order from Q Tec today and of course they sent the lattest catalog. My son is flipping thru it and comes running upstairs to show me this conversion kit to make your TJ into a truck. Haven't seen this before. Haven't heard any of you talk about it before. This thing is kind of cool. I don't think I would do it to my Jeep, but it is kind of cool.
Look for it on the website and couldn't find anything about it. Has anyone else seen it?
its on the main page (to the right of the forum link, it looks kinda cool, but a lot of $$$$$

I was headed up North one day and saw one on a trailer across I-5... bright green. Looked pretty sweet from a distance- still would like to look at one up close though.

I have a pic of one on my computer. I don't think it is availavle on-line from AEV anymore. There are other fabricators that have stretched TJs and made them 4-6 door Jeeps.

I saw a Brute almost 2 years ago when I was in Moab for the first time. It was during the Easter Jeep Safari and there were lots of cool things like that.

I think it would be cool to have. Its different and people would always be stopping and talking to you about it. Plus that would be great for my work. Cause I need space for all my tools and the TJ just doesn't have all that room that a truck offers, but its still a Jeep at the same time.

The neat thing about ordering the Brute direct from AEV Conversions is that you can order with all the extras like the Hemi engine, upgraded axles, lockers, 35's, AEV rims, winch, and all that... I think the total build price was something like $40K or something outrageous like that. Check out their site. They have alot of neat vehicles on there, not jut TJ's, but WJ's. LJ's ZJ's and even a few XJ's...
