Okay I have a tow bar for the Jeep but I was wondering if it might be any easier to tow it with a dolly? Does anyone have any input?

Towbar.

Quicker, easier, and tows effortlessly.

I tried a tow dolley and it sucked the power out of my tow vehicle. Tows much easier with just a tow bar.

i used a tow dolly to bring my jeep half way across the country. just get the bar, they are cheap and work just as fine. uhaul charged me an arm to rent the dolly.

i also removed my rear driveshaft for it. but i think i recently read somewhere that the shaft doesn't need to be removed on jeeps. i think it has something to do with the np231, i can't remember

YJs can be towed with drive shaft in. Just put the TC in nuetral. The output shaft turns rhe oil pump so everything is oiled as long as the driveshaft is turning.
