I just got a 4 door unlimited with the hardtop.
Has anyone put on roof racks?

there are not that many options yet. the options vary depending on what you want to use the rack for... and what you want it to look like. most use large frames that mount at the base of the windshield and then at the rear above the tail lights. they each have their own method of allowing clearance to remove/fold the top.
