i have my eyes on a cheap one at Sams Club... looks like a Ransey winch to me, but is comes with a 2" receiver mount, roller fairlead, cables to run to the front and rear of the vehicle, snatchblock and remote. smile.gif

i have a Warn M8000 on the ZJ. It's been a good winch... but it seems it's performance has degraded over the years. the winch on at Sams has an ok rating. looks like a Ramsey...

that said, it is not "exactly" the same, but it is alot like it... same clutch lever, etc...

as for a lift, i have been looking at a budget boost. they are all pretty much the same. the key is the shock choice. i'd like to have as much flex as possible.
