Windshield Mounted Lights

I was wondering where to run the wire for the off road lights that are mounted on the windshield... Is it ok to tilt the windshield down? The problem I don't want to run into is leakage...I have heard that once you tilt the windshield down a break the seal it will leak water. Any and all comments appreciated. :confused:

I have heard that as well. I have also heard removing one of the windshield bolts on the side and running the wires through there just add a little silicone around it to prevent rot and rust.

you can usually run the wires through the firewall somewhere. depends on the model. what year model are you putting them on?
