You might think about trying internal balancing?

I've never had to rebalance a tire/wheel unless they throw a weight.

ditto on the internals. when I first got my new 33 inch trxus I could not get 2 of them balanced for anything. I had them balanced three times then finally stuck on a crap load of wheel wieghts and it still didnt do a very good job. so i desided I would try the dynabeads. thats probably the best money i ever spent. they really worked for me

i only balance when there is a shake, shimmy or abnormal tire wear. if youare really worried.... try Centramatic balancers.

LINK (http://www.centramatic.com/New_Catalog/index.php) Ditto. I started using Centramatics about a year ago from a recommendation on this board. I run two different sets of tires, one set for street/light wheelin' (BFG Muds) and the other set as my regular wheelin' tires (SS TSLs).

I was getting really annoyed at loosing my weights when wheelin', then paying out for the rebalance. Now with the Centramatics, I no longer have tha problem and can move them to any vehicle that has 4.5 on 5 lug pattern.

Money well spent and in the long run saved.

I've had them about a year on my YJ - first with the 33's, now with my 35's (BFG MT's). Worth every penny. I have NO vibration/shakes/wobbles. Jeep is very plesant to drive on the highway. Can run all day at 65 mph.
