Has anyone else ever had problems ordering from Quadratec? I ordered a cargo rack for my JK over three weeks ago and still have not received it. After a week I asked them how long it would be and they said 1-3 weeks for delivery. I've inquired again but without any response. It was an order shipped directly from the manufacturer but when I asked about tracking the shipment, they wouldn't give me an answer. Anyone else experience anything like this?

Q-Tec is really pretty good abt getting the orders out..just hang in there..I once ordered some beadlocks and all but one came in as it was backordered..took almost 8 weeks to get it, but it did finally come in!

I had a problem once before, but it wasn't their fault. It was all Bestop back when the Highrock series bumpers first came out. They took orders months before they actually released the parts. It took something like 3 or 4 months. But the folks at Quadratec were really good to me about it. They even sent me a gift certificate.
Call customer service. Most everyone here does not work for Q-tec. I'm guessing that they are probably as frustrated as you because it's probably the manufacturer that is having production issues.

I ended up cancelling my order for a skyjacker lift after 3 or 4 weeks of waiting...ended up being a blessing in disquise, but it wasn't Q-Tec's fault, Skyjacker was slow getting the parts sent to Q'-Tec so they couldn't send it to me.

Thanks everyone, I've since called customer service and got it all sorted out. You're all right, they are very helpful and it seems to be the manufacturer's back order. I was getting worried because Q-tec hadn't charged me for the purchase and I thought the order may have been canceled without my notification. It turns out, they won't charge until they have confirmation that the order was shipped by the factory. Poor planning on my part. I guess I should have known that. Thanks again everyone.

And that is exactly why you'll buy from them again. We've all been through it, and we've learned that Q-tec is the "Gold Standard" in customer service.
I know they've never disappointed me!
