Ridden a Rokon?

Has anyone here ever ridden a ROKON (http://www.rokon.com/about/index.htm)?

Yeah I have, years ago! Back then they were called "Tote Goats"..no suspension and they would beat you up pretty good

I might have seen one on a cycling route. If I think about it at the time, I will try to get a pic. I thought it might had been a homemade motor bike.
