...is very good entertainment. the wife and I picked up a kitten from a shelter on monday. the kitten chased the red dot all over the living room for over 30 minutes today. the family enjoyed the cat running all over the room.

Some cats love 'em, some don't care. My cats are of the second variety. They'll look at it weird if it's on their paws but otherwise, they couldn't care less.

It is hilarious as hell when they like it though.

Shelter animals are the best. We have two rescued dogs and two rescued cats. It's great you all saved an animal.

My kids have been bugging me to get an animal at my apartment. They have two chihuahuas at my X's house. But, nothing here. I don't want the responsibility of walking a dog twice daily. So, I'm heavily considering a kitten. If I do, will be from rescue as well. Glad y'all rescued the cat. That's awesome. I've rescued PLENTY in my life.

Good job rescuing an animal, we all see too many puppy/animal farms nowdays with abused animals
They can't defend themselves, so sometimes they need people to help them out!
My gf and I adopted a dog from a co-worker that we named samantha cuz she looks exactly like the dog from I am Legend. Very cute :)

My buddies cats will chase the laser dot up the doors. They will even attack each other of you put the dot on one of em. Laser pointers also work well on drunk people, just try it sometime.

Last "official" cat rescue was a freebie .
Cat ended up doing a kamikaze dive out of the tree , in to the owner .
It was EMS's problem after that ! :lmao:

Yea, my dad picked up 2 cats from our local shelter, one of them absolutely loves the laser pointer, the other one just sits there looking at you like you're stupid for wasting your time trying
