Sorry, apparently I am not in the loop. I just found this out. What made them call it quits?

Ya, they closed down like a few months ago! The official reason is that they wanted to relocate, and start focusing on their beadlocks and building custom buggies. A few large vendors had picked them and I can see where it would be hard to balance being a custom build shop with unique products and mass producing.
Kind of sucks, but I got my bumper before they called it quits

I didn't know. They kept moving so that might have been part of the problem.

I never bought anything from them. The wait was too long and I've seen too many problems with the inserts on the beadlocks...:twocents:

I never bought anything from them either and certainly wouldn't after my friend waited about a year for his tube fenders to show up. Then we had to finish them and touch up a lot of other work that wasn't completed at all. I never liked their customer support and didn't really like their products, especially their cages, mainly the A pillar design. I have seen too many of them fold like wet taco's... Not something I want to risk my or my passengers safety with.

They just got to big too quickly, they became a shop that really needed to mass-produce things, but they wanted to still make everything by hand like a custom shop. Everyone griped about waiting forever to get their stuff.

Over on Pirate they have a list of what's left that you can snatch up at clearance prices, I think there is only a couple days left to buy whats on clearance.

The last run of their products looked like it came from China...:twocents:

Mine looked good....:twocents:

But I would be careful about a companies last run of products no matter who it is
