We still need to get some pipes from the smoke shop. Rah said it's cool long as i dont do it all the time. Guy came in a minute ago smoking cherry tobacco and had a huge cool pipe that drooped way down like Sherlock Holmes. Made me think about when we talked about it at the gym.

I wanna get a smokers jacket and stuff so i can look like Hef. :D

With recently passed laws in Denver (which I could not vote for/against in the city and county of said jurisdiction), maybe not. Certainly if the amount to smoke was low enough, you might be able to...

too many municipalities (sp?) see that stuff as drug paraphernalia...they did after all bust Tommy Chong for it...

From how i understand most common laws, it doesnt matter what you some tobacco in, as long it's ONLY tobbacco. Otherwise the stores wouldnt be able to sell the pipes.

I cant imgine (other than the smell) convincing a officer on a traffic stop "oh no officer, its just some smoking tobbacco!"...my luck id get the only cop on beat with a wicked cold. :p
