I have had a few phone calls on behalf of my mortgage bank telling me I have won free gas. All I had to do was tell them my birthday to confirm who I was. I told them they should know and to just send the voucher to me. They told me they could not do that. Then I asked the caller what their birthday was and if they were willing to give it to not necessarily a stranger, but someone they were calling. I contacted the bank and they stated that they would look into it. That was quite a while ago, but I stopped getting those calls.
