Default 8" lift on YJ driveshaft ??

I have an '88 YJ with an 8" lift and 39.5 tires. Just curious on the front driveshaft....should I install a CV joint or am I okay with standard U-joints ??
It's a SOA lift.

Give a call to a custom drive line shop and get a DS built that will handle your specs

What was the pinion angle setup for?

You are most likely going to need a CV shaft. I'm running similar amounts of lift, and I'm running a CV shaft, and a MML

I didn't realize you asked about the front shaft. The front shaft can be standard joints. My mistake.
