I have a 2002 TJ. Had it for four years and LOVE IT. Recently, water has been dripping into the passenger floorboard. Not dripping from rain, it does it when its bright and sunny outside too. Any suggestions or advice??

Mine used to do it the day after it would rain. If I remember correctly the cowl on the TJ gets clogged and can lead to water in the passenger floor board. But if yours doesn't happen after a recent rain it's probably something else.

Yep...

Does this happen when the A/C is on? The drain was clogged when I had my '96 XJ and caused the same problem.

ok, so i found the drain tube, and it is clogged. Is there a particular way to clean it? I read somewhere to blow it out with compressed air, but that seems like it would just blow the debris into the AC system. Advice greatly appreciated.

The tube should come off where it drains from. I'd just stick a hanger in there and try to get it out.

It looks like something may be missing. I have an outlet on the firewall, but there is no hose. Is the hose missing?? could that be part of the problem??

Thanks again

They didn't come with a hose, I added one to mine and ran it back to mid-frame. I don't like anything dripping from the engine cavity...
